2. What condition was her hair in before the chemical was applied to her hair? Ex. dyed, thin, dry, thick, bleached and so on?
3. What procedure did she use?
4. How long did she leave the product on?
5. Which part of the hair was the product applied to first?
6. Did she have any lotions or other products on her hair pryor to the chemical treatment?
4. Did she follow exact directions?
