Answer: Dear friend, hair cuts and hair styles are best appreciated when you consider your likes, personality and your life style.

Although the shape of your face, the proportion of your body, the density of your hair, it’s growth pattern and your overall facial bone structure play a significant role in the “perfect hair cut and style”, the only real determining factor is and has always been your own personal preference.

I remember Saturday Night Live’s famous comedy skit that indoctrinated us to believe that “Darling when you look marvelous, you feel marvelous” and that is true to some effect. What’s really true in my opinion is that looking marvelous comes from the inside out; if you feel marvelous than you will look marvelous!

This is why I encourage all my clients to get a hair cut and style that is not only becoming of them but also relevant to their life style but most of all get a hair cut and style that makes you feel MARVELOUS.

It is very easy to have an opinion about what some one should wear and how a person should act and how you should cut and style your hair. I impose my opinions on my children every day. I believe that if you raise your child in the right path they will not depart from it when they are older. This however, has nothing to do with your hair cut or your hairstyle. My children are the first to do what they feel comfortable with when it comes to their hair and just as I would do each client, I advise them as to what I believe looks best on them but they ultimately do as they deem necessary and it always looks better than I had imagined that it would.
